Private project advisory
Some projects need more than a couple of messages. If, after reviewing your idea, we think it is worth going over it with you in more detail, we can arrange a private advisory session with the team or the artist.
€30 deposit · Fully deducted from your tattoo.

Send your references, placement and size. That is what we use for the first valuation; the private advisory, if it turns out to be needed, is something we suggest afterwards.

Does asking for a quote cost anything?
No. Telling us your idea through the form, WhatsApp or email is always free. We review your project and reply with a first valuation and a rough price.
What is the private advisory session, and when is it needed?
It is a closer conversation with the team or the artist, for projects that need more time before locking in price and design. You do not book it yourself — we suggest it after reviewing your idea, only if the project calls for it.
Do I lose the €30 for the advisory session?
No. It is deducted in full from the final tattoo price if you go ahead with Arkadia.
Can I book directly on Arkadia's calendar?
It is not open to the public. Access to the schedule is shared by hand, over WhatsApp or email, only after we have reviewed your project and, if a private advisory applies, once the deposit is paid.
What does the private advisory session look like, if we suggest one?
Whatever fits best: in person at the studio, by video call or, when it makes sense, right before the tattoo session itself. There is no fixed duration — it adapts to the project.
